This pocket has become one of our go-tos when everyone’s hungry but we’re on the move. Our kids prefer these over any other bread no matter what, so we make batches of these pita pockets every 2-3 weeks. We fill it with homemade hummus or plant-based cheese with chive or onion-flavors.
