We used a PlanetBox container here, one of a few that are part of our everyday setup, because it's durable, travels well, and holds up to daily use at home and on the road.

Want to see the PlanetBox containers we’re using? You can find them here.

Packed with plant-based fuel, this combo offers a thoughtful balance of protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats — all in forms kids naturally enjoy. With staples like a PB sandwich, marinara pasta, and avocado, plus fruit for vitamins and hydration and a chocolate chip pancake for a touch of fun, it’s a well-rounded meal that supports both focus and fullness throughout the school day.

Note: Make sure peanut butter is allowed in the school setting, due to allergy reasons.

Pasta Marinara and Avocado

Follow my recipe for marinara sauce here.

Use your favorite type of store-bought pasta, and cook as suggested on the box.

Fresh Fruits

I included mango and banana this time, to keep it interesting and spark my kids' palettes. Feel free to adjust those picks based on seasonal availability and personal taste.

PB Sandwich & Pancake

I use a peanut butter brand that only has one ingredient - peanuts!

Using 'clean label' products truly matter to me, although I can't always find those ideal options, I do take the time to read the back of packages before I drop them in my (physical or virtual) cart.

For fantastic Chocolate Chip Pancakes, follow my recipe here.
