Rainbow carrots: rich in beta-carotene and fiber, supporting vision and digestion.

Raw almonds: full of healthy fats, vitamin E, and magnesium for steady energy.

Vegan herbal cheese: provides protein and calcium from plant sources, adding flavor and satiety.

Apple: offers natural sweetness, vitamins, iron, hydration, and fiber to round out the meal. Most of the vitamin content (C, K and B) is concentrated in the skin, so keeping the peel on gives the most nutritional benefit.
