Greek Yogurt and Pancakes

Greek Yogurt and Pancakes

This plant-based lunch box pairs creamy, high-protein Greek-style yogurt with fluffy, nutrient-packed pancakes for a meal that feels like a treat but delivers serious nourishment. The yogurt provides a boost of calcium, probiotics, and plant protein, while the pancakes offer fiber and slow-burning energy from wholesome, minimally processed ingredients. It’s a satisfying, balanced combo that keeps kids full, happy, and ready to take on the rest of their day.

Fresh Fruits

I pack firmer fruits in the larger compartments since they hold up well without getting squished or losing their shape. Delicate ones, like raspberries or blackberries, go in a snug little container of their own to keep them from getting smashed in transit. Here as an example, I packed apples and strawberries for my 6 year old, who loves these specific fruits with every meal of the day.

Plant-Based Greek-Style Yogurt

We tried a good number of plant-based yogurts until we all settled on a couple of really good options, one of which is this protein-packed Silk yogurt. Feel free to choose whichever kind that works for you, just be mindful of the nutritional values it offers, and the labeled ingredients, with preference to as minimal number of ingredients as possible, to reflect less undesired components in our meals.
